The assessment and enquiry builder

The assessment calculates a self-reflection score in your browser. Its answers aren’t submitted by the assessment feature. The application form prepares an email locally; it doesn’t submit your answers to a website database. Refreshing the page clears the form’s in-memory state.

If you choose to send the email, your email service transmits the information to Graham’s mailbox. That may include your name, contact address, age, programme interest and the answers you choose to include. Copying the draft places it on your device clipboard. This description concerns the site features, not browser extensions or your email provider.

Enquiries and newsletters

Enquiry information is intended to be used to respond to your request and discuss programme suitability, not automatically subscribe you to marketing. The proposed basis for requested pre-contract enquiries is taking steps at your request before a contract. General correspondence requires an appropriate documented basis, such as legitimate interests.

The Dispatch currently links to the existing Ageless Warrior newsletter page. Graham uses Kit for email marketing. Subscription takes place through that separate flow, not the enquiry form on this preview. Its consent wording, tracking settings and privacy information need checking before launch.

Health information

Please don’t send medical records or diagnoses through this preview. The optional training-accommodation question can be left blank or answered with a request to discuss it later. It isn’t a medical intake or clearance process.

A lawful basis and a separate special-category condition must be established before collecting health information for coaching. The health-data process, access permissions, retention and any explicit-consent mechanism are not finalised.

Providers, storage and transfers

This preview is hosted through Sites. Hosting and access services may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. A provider-level review is still required; we aren’t claiming that visiting the preview generates no logs or cookies.

Graham has identified Stripe for payments and Kit for newsletters. This preview has no programme checkout. No coaching app has been selected for programme delivery. The full provider list, processing agreements, storage locations and any international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed before launch.

Retention and your rights

The retention schedule for enquiries, newsletters, coaching records and financial records is still awaiting approval. No fixed retention period is asserted in this draft.

Depending on the processing and applicable exceptions, you may have rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict processing, object, and receive portable data. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it. Contact Graham to raise a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
