No payment commitment today
The pre-launch enquiry does not place an order. There is no programme payment to cancel or refund through this preview. If your question relates to an existing service bought elsewhere, contact Graham with the details of that agreement.
Consumer rights come first
Online service contracts generally carry a 14-day cancellation period from the contract being made. Starting services within that period requires the appropriate express request and information; simply starting does not automatically remove all cancellation rights.
Digital content has separate rules concerning express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation before immediate supply. A programme combining content and coaching needs its particular delivery model reviewed. A general “no refunds” sentence is not a substitute for that process.
Voluntary policy not yet agreed
Refund promises, notice periods, instalment treatment, pauses and rescheduling rules have not been finalised. No suggested guarantee or pause allowance is offered by this draft.
Before enrolment opens, customers must receive clear cancellation instructions, any required cancellation form and information about any lawful charges. Any cancellation charge must be fair and reflect the applicable legal rules, not automatically forfeit every payment.
How to ask a question
Email graham@agelesswarriormethod.com with your name, the programme and what you need help with. Please don’t include card details or medical records. A query about a future programme does not create a contract.
Before launch
- Decide whether Reset includes a voluntary money-back promise.
- Set fair cancellation rules for each coaching programme.
- Decide how approved pauses affect dates, access and instalments.
- Prepare the required pre-contract disclosures, cancellation form and early-start consent process.
- Have the final policy reviewed for the actual digital-content and service mix before checkout opens.
